Hyde – Easily accessible on the M67/M60 route

The £100 million Hyde Renewal Project kick started the regeneration of Hyde with enhanced living options (new and refurbished) a new school, a state of the art leisure complex and an exclusive all weather shopping centre which enhanced the quality of the local environment for residents and visitors alike.

Hyde Town Hall benefited from a make over and the old Police Station has been reinvented as renovated business start up premises to rent.

The Asda Superstore opened its doors in July 2001 and Hyde Bus Station has also been brought up-to-date with an impressive glass refurbishment.

Recent investors in the area include Brookhouse Aerospace, Premier Educational Supplies, Ease Serve UK and R & C Orient Holdings.
