The Tameside Economic Development Zone covering Droylsden East, Droylsden West, Ashton St Peters, Audenshaw and Denton West is “...a regionally significant centre for employment growth, strategically located at the gateway between East Manchester and the M60 corridor - a high quality business environment which projects a positive image of the region and provides opportunities for the whole of the ‘Greater Manchester’ community.
