Regeneration Ashton Under Lyne is one of the Council's main investment objectives
and the NWDA, English Partnerships and ERDF funding of £14.25m
has enabled Ask Property Developments to create a state of
the art business quarter in Henry Square close to the new
Magistrates Court.
This mixed use scheme which includes office,
residential , retail , leisure and innovative landscaping
has received a civic design award for the first phase
(a white hi tech office building with rotunda ) .
The first tenant Pennine Care NHS Trust are
already occupying 2000m2 with the remaining space being snapped
up quickly by interested office occupiers.
