Longlands Mill
Stalybridge (10 Minutes from the M60)

The renowned Urban Splash are working with Tameside Council to redevelop Longlands Mill in Stalybridge into a mixed use residential/retail scheme.

Longlands is in close proximity to the development vision for Stalybridge West and the exciting first phase is the renovation of the old mill into contemporary apartments. Phase 2 is the new build Pattern House & adjacent buildings, and the 3rd phase will continue opposite the Longlands site, alongside the canal.
