Double Whammy of Lettings for St Petersfield
Ask Developments has announced two new lettings for the New Year at its St Petersfield urban business quarter in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside. Two companies – Shaw Trust and TNG - have both signed to take more than 8,000 sq ft between them within the first phase, of which 22,000 sq ft is home to Pennine Care NHS Trust’s headquarters.
Shaw Trust, a national charity that provides training and work opportunities for disadvantaged and disabled people, has taken 4,598 sq ft of space on the ground floor of the building whilst TNG, a national company that offers recruitment, bespoke training, consultancy, mentoring and business support services to people returning to work and workforce development will take 3,770 sq ft of space over three floors within the rotunda at the front of the building.
