GMP and MUSE Developments Join Forces to Mark New Headquarters

Representatives from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) joined MUSE Developments at Ashton Moss last week to mark the start on site of a new building.

The 100,000 sq ft building to be developed by MUSE /Stayley Developments will be completed in November 2008.The new location will bring together around 600 staff from several other buildings throughout the GMP area, providing a further boost to Ashton Moss as a an attractive environment to locate such a significant number of staff. To date Ashton Moss has attracted many notable occupiers all keen to be part of Ashton’s exciting regeneration. Companies that have already located to the site include, Office Depot , Car People and Norbain and Selco. In addition the retail and leisure aspect of the scheme has surpassed all expectations with further facilities under construction in the form of DeVere Hotels Village brand. The Police cited the development’s excellent facilities and plans for further improved transport links as a key factor in their decision to relocate to the scheme.
