In 2000, the Tame Valley Partnership secured £8million Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) funding for a six-year programme entitled Linking Life Chances and Brownfield Development. The funding secured will allow the Tame Valley Partnership to bring forward development of brownfield sites that have been neglected by the market.
