About Tameside

Groundwork is a federation of Trusts in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, each working with their partners to improve the quality of the local environment, the lives of local people and the success of local businesses in areas in need of investment and support. Groundwork Tameside works in partnership with local people and local organisations to change places and change lives.

Groundwork EBS provides practical and affordable consultancy, advice and training, covering a huge range of environmental and occupational health & safety support.

Groundwork EBS deliver the Portland Basin Green Business Park project. This pilot project aims to improve the sustainability of the area by delivering targeted support to the businesses in the area, including health and safety advice, and environmental and security improvements. The project is funded by Tame Valley Partnership, and Enworks.
